You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content you grant Lemonae, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, publicly display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
You represent that you own or have permission to use the content, your content does not violate third-party rights, and your content complies with platform policies.

To maintain a safe platform we may review content automatically, use human moderators, restrict user interactions, remove harmful content, and suspend or terminate accounts.

We may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to support platform operations, including detecting harmful content, moderating user posts, recommending content, identifying spam or fraud, and improving platform experiences.
AI systems may analyze text, images, videos, metadata, and behavioral signals. Automated systems may occasionally make errors. Users may appeal moderation decisions as described in Section 7.
The platform may provide subscriptions, virtual currency, digital items, and in-app purchases.
⚠️ Important: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly allowed, and all purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items. If we discontinue a virtual item or currency you have purchased, we will provide reasonable notice and, where required by law, an appropriate remedy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lemonae, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims or damages arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of laws, infringement of third-party rights, or your User Content.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of user content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonae, Inc. will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from user content.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
Disputes related to the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Users agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action. Arbitration will take place in the State of Delaware, unless required otherwise by law.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws. You may not use the platform if you are located in a country subject to U.S. government embargoes or are on a restricted parties list.
We may disclose user information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to subpoenas or court orders, investigate illegal activity, or protect the safety of users.
If we believe there is an immediate risk of harm, we may suspend accounts, preserve relevant data, and notify law enforcement or child protection authorities.
We may update these Terms periodically. If significant changes occur, we may notify users through email, app notifications, or policy updates on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
